Evaluation Process

Evaluation

  1. Everyone MUST complete a SSP or Alpha Tennis Academy Evaluation form.

  2. Staff will confirm form has been received and advise customer of the evaluation scheduling process.​

Note:​​

  • Duluth“Scheduled” evaluation fee is $20

  • Coach Approved Drop in fees:  

    • Academy $75 Pre Academy $45

  • SSP - NO EVALUATION FEE

Placement

  1. Coaches will Schedule & Complete the Evaluations.

  2. Office Manager will contact Customer with players placement and next steps.

Policies & Waiver

  1. Customer reviews & accepts the liability waiver upon agreeing to enroll into Alpha Tennis Academy Programs. 

  2. Lessons can begin.
